Fillet of Cod with Lemon Sauce

After a period of silence from this blog, it is time for its re-birth. There has been a lot of cooking at the Bijltjespad kitchen the last couple of weeks, and we will in the coming weeks present some of the many delicious dishes that we treat ourselves with every day. Today it is time for our Italian chef to inspire your cooking, and he does so by providing us all with a delicious fish dish that is oh-so mouth watering! So, without further ado, let me introduce to you:

Fillet of Cod with Lemon Sauce
By Whatever Works.

Ingredients
1 fillet of cod

3 garlic cloves
Black Olives
Olive oil
Lemon juice (or half a fresh lemon)
White Wine
Flour
Rosemary

Parsley
Salt

Directions
Cover the fillet with a slight layer of flour. Peel three garlic cloves and fry them in olive oil on low heat for a few minutes. Add a splash of water, half a finger of white wine and a dash of lemon juice. Add the parsley on both sides, and if it is not creamy enough, add half a teaspoon of flour.

Cook it all. Ten minutes before the it is done, add a handful of black olives (preferably with the kernel) and add a pinch of rosemary on both sides. Cook on low heat and, if necessary, add some more lemon juice.

Serve the meal in a shallow dish and garnish with parsley. Add salt if necessary.

If it's good, enjoy it!
On the other hand: Whatever Works!

P.s. After eating, do not forget to clean!
