Truffle flavoured Mushroom Tagliatelle

After a few days of cooking and preparing new delicious meals, we are back with a brand new recipe from our Italian chef. We all know that Italians love pasta, so what is better than to give you readers a pasta and mushroom based dish that will blow your senses away, or at least that was how my taste buds reacted when I had the opportunity to taste this dish a couple of days ago. So, without further ado, let me introduce to you:

Truffle flavoured Mushroom Tagliatelle
By Whatever Works

Ingredients

100 gram tagliatelle
9-10 champignons

1/2 onion
1 cube of vegetable bouillon
Olive oil
White truffle oil
Parsley

White Wine
Flour

Salt

Directions

Boil some water and add the cube of vegetable bouillon. Slice the mushrooms (champignons) and chop the onion into small pieces. Boil some water for the pasta and add a handful of salt when it starts to boil. Sauté the onion for a few minutes, and the mushrooms, some parsley, a pinch of salt and a finger of white wine. Cook for five minutes until the wine has evaporated.

Once the wine has evaporated, add some tablespoons of the bouillon and make sure that the sauce does not dry out. Meanwhile, toss the pasta in the pot and cook it until it is ready. Five "nests" of tagliatelle is enough per person, or around 100 gram. Lastly, add a pinch of flour to make the sauce creamier.

When the pasta is ready, drain it and put it in the pan, leeting it cook with the other ingredients on high flame for one minutes. When ready, serve the pasta in a bowl and season it with white truffle oil and some parsley.

If it's good, enjoy it!
