New Year's Garlic and Tomato Risotto

Ingredients (5-6 servings)
5 dl parboiled rice
7-8 dl water
2 dl white wine
1 vegetable stock cube
salt, black pepper, chili powder and rosemary
White wine vinegar
Some sugar
2,5 dl cream
3-4 garlic cloves
3-4 tomatoes
For serving: Rucola salad and parmesan cheese
Directions
Rinse the rice under running water.
Put the rice in a big pot and pour the water and wine over it, top it with vinegar.
Add the seasoning and stir.
Let it boil and then turn the heat down.
Cook on low heat until the rice is almost done and then add the cream.
When the rice is done add the chopped garlic and take the pot off the stove.
Add the finely chopped tomatoes.
Serve the risotto with parmesan cheese and rucola salad. Enjoy!
